Calibre is one of the Applications I Use, and this quick overlay hack will get My NixOS configuration building again. an

When building apsw as a dependency of calibre (which overrides some attrs, context below), build tests fail.

Of course it's a pytest 6->7 breakage... upstream has a fix that we overlay in
